Canis Frikandel Sausages with Duck are dried dog frikandels with duck, on a beef base. They are firm, but they are not a long-lasting chew: a frikandel is eaten fairly quickly. Choose 10 or 50 pieces, so you can try them first and stock up later.
When do you give a frikandel with duck?
- On walks: a frikandel is easy to take along as a reward on the go.
- For variety: duck adds some variety if your dog usually gets chicken.
- Not for beef allergies: the base is beef, so choose something else if your dog has to avoid beef.
How to give the frikandels
Break a frikandel into pieces for small dogs and gulpers so it is not swallowed in one go, and stay close by. Put out fresh water. Count the frikandels as part of that day's treats: together about 10 percent of the daily energy. Store them dry and closed. Read more about sausages and frikandels in the sausage buying guide.
