Canis Jerky with Lamb

Canis Jerky with Lamb consists of strips with lamb, 20 per pack. You divide them yourself into smaller or larger pieces. Puppies, adult dogs and seniors can all have them.

Which dogs is jerky with lamb an option for?

• Variety: an alternative if your dog already gets a lot of chicken or beef.
• Sensitive stomach: start with a few small pieces and build up gradually; that way you see how your dog reacts.
• Not a single protein source: besides lamb, the strips contain other animal ingredients and grains. If your dog is on an elimination diet, talk to your vet first.

Giving and storing

For a puppy or small dog, break the strip into bite-sized pieces; a large dog can have a bigger piece, as long as it chews rather than gulps. Keep the strips dry and well sealed and put out fresh water. All treats together should stay below about 10 percent of the daily energy.
