Canis Beef Tripe

Canis Beef Tripe is dried beef tripe in large pieces. Tripe is the stomach of a ruminant and has a strong, typical smell, which is exactly what many dogs find appealing. The pieces are firm but brittle and contain no bone. Choose from 200, 500 or 1000 grams.

What can you do with large pieces of tripe?

• Chewing: give a piece that is bigger than what your dog can swallow in one go.
• Rewarding: cut a piece into strips with sturdy kitchen scissors, and you have rewards straight away.

Giving and storing

Start with a small piece, as some dogs get softer stools from too much tripe at once. Stay with your dog while they chew, remove the last little bit and put out fresh water.
