All amounts include VAT. A handling fee of € 1.00 applies to every order. With free shipping, both the shipping cost and the handling fee are waived. You always see the total in your cart before checkout.

When does your order ship?

Order before 1 pm on a working day and we ship the same day. Later orders and weekend orders go out on the next working day. We ship with DPD, which delivers Monday to Friday.

Delivery times vary by country: usually 1 to 2 working days within the Netherlands, 2 to 3 to Belgium and Germany, and 3 to 6 to the rest of the EU. During busy periods it can take slightly longer; if your order is delayed, we will let you know.

Track and trace

As soon as your parcel is registered with DPD you receive a track-and-trace code by email. Use it to follow your parcel and choose a delivery time or pickup point directly with DPD.
