Shipping
- Free shipping from €55 to the Netherlands and Belgium, from €150 to all other EU countries.
- Below that you pay shipping plus a €1.00 handling fee: Netherlands €7.95, Belgium €8.95, Germany €10.95, France €13.95, other EU countries €13.95. We ship via DPD.
- Orders are processed as quickly as possible: ordered before 13:00 on a working day means shipped the same day. In the Netherlands your parcel usually arrives within 2 days, in the rest of the EU within 2 to 6 working days.
Returns
- You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the moment your order is delivered.
- Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned; after receipt we refund the amount within 14 days.
- For hygiene and shelf-life reasons we unfortunately cannot take back opened food products. If something is wrong with a product, we will of course simply put it right. Please report it to klantensupport@canissnacks.com.
