Canis Pressed Stick

Canis Pressed Stick is a chew stick of firmly pressed beef hide, in two lengths: short, 13 cm (5 inch), or long, 25 cm (10 inch). The stick is hard and slowly softens while your dog chews. Sold per piece.

Short or long?

• 13 cm (5 inch): for small adult dogs; a dog with a small mouth can grip and work this length well.
• 25 cm (10 inch): for larger dogs, so no piece is left that can be swallowed in one go.
• Adult dogs: do not give it to puppies while their teeth are changing; stay close while your dog chews.

Tips for giving it

Let your dog chew in a quiet spot while you stay nearby, with a bowl of fresh water close at hand. Pressed hide turns soft the longer your dog chews it: if bigger soft pieces come loose, take them away, just like the last little end.
