KIVO Steamed Chicken

KIVO Steamed Chicken is steamed chicken in the form of a 600 gram sausage. Steaming cooks the meat and makes it soft, so it takes little chewing effort and is easy to divide. That makes it a pleasant addition for an older dog or a dog that prefers soft food.

Why do owners choose steamed chicken?

• Soft for seniors: an older dog with sensitive teeth hardly needs to chew it.
• Familiar taste: chicken is a well-known flavour for many dogs, handy when you want to mix something into their food.
• Allergy note: chicken is often mentioned in connection with food allergies, so if your dog reacts to chicken, choose another flavour.

Giving steamed chicken

Cut off a portion, mix it into the kibble or give it on its own, and then give slightly less of the regular food. How to store the sausage is stated on the packaging. Make sure fresh water is always available. To compare the types side by side, take a look at the sausage buying guide.
