Canis Deer Skin is dried deer skin in pieces. Deer skin is less hard than buffalo or camel skin, and your dog spends less time on it. That makes it a good fit for small to medium-sized dogs and for calm chewers. Choose a 200 gram or an 800 gram bag.

Which dogs is deer skin nice for?

• Small and medium-sized dogs: the pieces are manageable without keeping your dog busy for hours.
• Puppies: under supervision, give a piece that is too big to swallow.
• Older dogs: a less hard chew can be pleasant for a senior that chews calmly.

Game for variety

Deer is game and therefore a different protein source from chicken or beef. Introduce it calmly, with a small piece, and see how your dog reacts.
