Canis Olive Wood L (221-450 grams)

Canis Olive Wood L (221-450 grams) is our largest piece of chew wood: dried olive wood weighing 221 to 450 grams. It is meant for large adult dogs and firm chewers. Olive wood is hard and dense; your dog mainly gnaws off fine fibres.

Is size L right for your dog?

• Large dogs: a big piece sits well in a big mouth.
• Firm chewers: supervision is still needed at this size. If your dog bites off large chunks, wood is not the right chew for them.
• No animal protein: useful if your dog reacts to certain types of meat. If problems appear, stop and ask your vet.

Use and storage

A chewing session of fifteen minutes to half an hour is enough for many dogs; afterwards, store the wood dry, out of full sun and away from the radiator. You can rinse it with lukewarm water and let it dry thoroughly. Do not give it to puppies while their teeth are changing, and always put out fresh water.
