Canis Beef Liver is dried beef liver. Liver is crumbly and has a strong smell, and it is exactly that smell that makes it an attractive reward for many dogs. Choose between 200 or 1000 grams.
What do you use beef liver for?
- Training: break the liver into pea-sized pieces, so you can reward often without it adding up to much.
- In moderation: liver naturally contains a lot of vitamin A. Do not give it daily in large amounts, and alternate with beef heart, for example.
- Adult dogs: intended for adult dogs that tolerate beef well.
Tips for use and storage
Break a daily portion into pieces at home and put it in a closed tub. That way you can see at a glance how much you give, and the rest stays dry. Start slowly if your dog is not used to organ meat yet, as it can cause softer stools at first. Put out fresh water and keep the bag dry, cool and well closed. Read more about liver, heart and stomach in the organ meat buying guide.
